22 Minute Hard corps work out review

I hit my highest weight at 165 lbs, at 5″6 , I was grossly overweight and decided I needed to do something to better my life. I felt unhealthy and it showed, below are pictures of before I started the 22 minute hard corps program and 3 months afterwards (feel weird about posting pictures of my body, but only way to show progress)

Further I did the program another month and dropped down to 135 lbs.

Overall I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants a good work out and results fast. The moves are relatively easy and there are good breaks in the program between the 3 cycles. The schedule is very easy to follow as well and at 22 minutes a video plus about 12 minutes per core session, there is no excuse to not have time to get a good work out. I cannot rave enough about 22 minute hard corps as it has changed my life. Give it a try!
